At Ansaldo House 2, a private home on Shouson Hill, that work was a sculptural installation for the staircase — a cascade of ceramic vessels, composed by a Spanish artist and extended, at the client’s request, from the very top of the stair to its base. The customisation required direct collaboration with the artist to develop a solution that honoured both the original work and the new vision. I managed that dialogue, oversaw production, and coordinated the full journey from Spain to Hong Kong, through to on-site installation.
