Mongkok's neon doesn't just light the street, it seems to live inside the glass curtain walls themselves. I worked that glow by hand into cyan, magenta, yellow, and black ink across plastic-coated paper, letting the ink and the coating push against each other before settling, to embody a light so familiar to Hong Kong that we almost stop seeing it.
